Introduction
Hey, I’m Drew—founder of City Athletics Training Academy. If you’re here, it means you’re ready to take your fitness to the next level, and I’m here to help you do just that. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, burn fat, or just move and feel better, this blog is your go-to resource for training, nutrition, and motivation.
At City Athletics Training Academy, we believe that fitness isn’t just about hitting the gym—it’s about building a stronger version of yourself, both physically and mentally. This blog is where I’ll be sharing expert training advice, meal plans, supplement tips, and the mindset strategies you need to stay on track.
My Background & Why I Started This
For years, I’ve been immersed in fitness—both as an athlete and a trainer. I’ve also spent 20 years as a machine tool electrician, a career that taught me the value of discipline, hard work, and pushing through challenges. The same principles apply in fitness.
I launched City Athletics Apparel to give people high-quality, stylish gym wear that represents strength and determination. Now, with City Athletics Training Academy, I want to take it a step further and help people not just look the part but live it.
